Wine From Vineyard To Wineglass

Grape harvest begins when the grapes are matured. Harvested grapes should be processed as earliest as possible. In order to produce quality wine, grapes are harvested in the morning and at night chill.
A sum of grape juice is obtained by crushing harvested grapes. When yeast is added to grape juice, fermentation starts. As a result of fermentation, alcohol occurs.
After fermentation process is completed, wines can be aged in steel tanks or oak barrels.
Wines are properly bottled.
